「When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. 「Staff was friendly, breakfast was the typical breakfast you get for free at any hotel. Parking was also convenient. My only drawback is that the hotel is VERY VERY outdated and rooms have a particular smell to them. For instance, the tv in the room is cable only no Netflix or streaming service. Lastly the room appearance was very vintage and not in a good way. I’ll rate it 3 stars.」

We booked through Expedia two rooms and realized the dates were wrong. Called Expedia and they said they were able to adjust the booking dates so we thought cool. Nope. Wrong. Got to hotel and they only changed one room not two and we lost the other room. Hotel still gave us two rooms but only to discover once we checked in both...
