"Staff is amazing"

"Hotel was first rate. All the staff were more than happy to help. Prices were more than reasonable. Breakfast at the Sociale was good as well as dinner at Bourbon and brew. We stayed here as the rates were better than In Skaneatles. Sort drive into the town. Glad we stayed here."

"For almost $200 a night, I expected more from this place. The room was nice, but there was no microwave or mini fridge and the TV was basic. I like the character of the bathroom, but the tile grout was dirty and the one towel hook was about to come off. The staff was nice, but never at the front desk. There was a sign to call them if you needed help which I can understand if they're running on a skeleton staff. However, whenever I would call the number, it was answered "hello" like a personal call rather than the stating the hotel name. Nothing majorly wrong, but I expected more for the price. "

"Lovely views, great hot tub, modern light filled room with large shower, pleasant staff. However, they didn’t respond for our request for 2 more robes. Also, a coffee station in the lobby of the large building of cottages where we stayed would have been nice."
