「Aristieta is located in a beautiful, quiet, bucolic area of Kanpantxu, near Gernika. It is part of an organic farmstead operated by Alex and his wife, the hosts. Their home and farmhouse has been lovingly restored by their family and friends and is a unique property in every sense of the word. We enjoyed our stay very much, and especially, our spacious room with a magnificent view of the surroundings. The breakfasts were simple and tasty. Coffee was great! 「Spa agréable, personnel parfait, petit déjeuner simple mais complet, une bouteille de bulle offerte. Le seul souci c’est que nous avions un jour sur la porte de la chambre et toute la nuit nous avions la lumière du couloir… 」

「Appart’hôtel avec une vue incroyable sur la baie de Mundaka. Chambre tout confort spacieuse toute équipée. Proximité de la plage et du port. J’ai trouvé un parking gratuit à proximité en novembre. En été il serait préférable de reserver le parking. L’endroit ideal pour visiter la côte Basque. 」

「Warm welcome & our bedroom was immaculate. Lovely evening meal with excellent wine choices. The service was attentive but not intrusive. Good parking available. We were leaving early in the morning & were able to pay our bill before going to bed, leaving the key at reception & departing quietly Will definitely return & I can recommend this hotel」

「Ein tolles kleines Hotel - sehr schönes Zimmer, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, ein ruhiger kleiner Garten mit Aussicht, sehr netter Wein aus eigener Produktion. Oberhalb von Getaria direkt am Ortsrand gelegen, man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt und zum Hafen gehen :-) allerdings liegt Getaria am Hang und es geht steil bergauf und bergab. Ein empfehlenswertes Hotel - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-))」

「Mi estancia en este hotel fue agradable. La habitación era cómoda, limpia y con espacio suficiente para moverse con facilidad. El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. La ubicación también es muy conveniente, cerca de transporte público, restaurantes y puntos de interés. En general, una excelente relación calidad precio.」

「Lovely casa rural, sympathetically restored to provide comfortable accommodation. Especially enjoyed the view of the goats from our room. Lots of information about what to see and do locally. We caught the train from Bermeo up the estuary to Gernika, a lovely trip.」
