「The room was very clean and the staff was friendly, however, the check in process was a little hard since they lack communication with their team! Other than that I highly recommend.」

「Beautiful setting with multiple pools. Rooms themselves are very basic, without character, no lights by bed for reading, or amenities such as coffee, etc. I rejected first room because of strong bleach odor. Facility does not offer dinner but they work with a very basic local restaurant so that one can order food. Do not go with the “healthy salad.” I had to leave early for airport, was told I would be provided with breakfast, but that didn’t happen. Nobody stirred. 」

「The room was in good condition however the location is not conducive to sleeping. There needs to be better sound proofing. Perhaps roller shade on the balcony and other windows to block out some of the noise of traffic. You can feel the planes take off from the airport. The noise never stops!」

「the present administrator tried to shake me down with a 19% tax upon arrival. He's also an animal hater......totally against my beliefs. he is trying to get rid of the local pets that hang out around the property which they help keep safe from wild animals and bad people. 」

「Ojo con esta estadía porque cobran más de lo normal, cuando uno llega le hacen pagar disque unos seguros obligatorios y demás que suman más de 210Mil extras que supuestamente no deberían cobrar porque uno paga todo por la tarjeta y aún así allá le cobran. 」

「Room did not look as portrayed in the photos on the website. Bed felt as if it was the original bed of the 1930s. No minimun room amenities at all, beside toilet paper.」
