I am really satisfied, checking in and checking out was so fast and easy for me even though I am disabled. They were very nice anything that I needed they had immediately.」

「Breakfast can be either buffet or made to order, and it is an additional fee. My husband got food from the buffet and said it was not very warm. I had made to order omelet, very good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean room, the room fans are loud. 」

「Stayed here many times and this is my favorite place to stay in Springfield. If traveling with a family member (parent) for dr visit you can have separate rooms in the room and be able to keep an eye on them while having some space. Right across street from hospital. Only issue is last stay the paint smell was really bad as they had recently completed renovation on my floor. Prolly need to air it out a bit more before renting the floor. Open some windows or something. Otherwise, great place」
