"Really nice hotel very clean and tidy, the staff are fantastic, they were very polite and kind and very helpful. I Loved the fact that the train station was literally around the corner next to the hotel, the best way to travel around Tokyo is by trains, it's very cheap and convenient. I would advice you just get a Suica travel card you can add it to your apple wallet if you have an iPhone, you can just top up whenever needed. "The staff at the Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo were sooo kind. The entire hotel was clean. Our room had all the amenities we needed. The hotel was located in a quiet and safe area close to multiple train stations. There was a 7 eleven, Starbucks and many local restaurants nearby. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel. "

Omelets were cooked to order, and reliably good (across 3 days). We were given a room upgrade (size), which was nice, although from lying in bed, our view of the skytree was blocked by wall. Good room service, nice helful staff. Only knock was the mildew under rim of sink, which some bleach could knock out."

"We loved the Oriental Hotel! It was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The service was amazing. The first night we were there I felt like the AC wasn’t that cold. They immediately sent someone to check it out. They checked and cleaned the AC duct and it was instantly better. The amenities are really great too. They provide toiletries and pajamas. There is a laundry room, Lawson, and even free Disney transport. It’s close to a mall and the train/subway station. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family."
