「It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions」

「Thanks to the receptionist Samuel for his excellent service and recommendations for local dining restaurants. All the staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful with personal warmth. The hotel itself is at great location, clean room, and free minibar provided. We had a wonderful experience staying in Marthof Hotel and will definitely stay here again next time when we come back. 」

「Otel tramvay durağına çok yakın. Temizlik iyi.içinde mutfağı var ama biz bir gece konakladığımız için kullanmadık. Market yakın. Konumu merkezi olduğu için şehirde yürüyerek dolaşmak mümkün.」

「Das einchecken war etwas unverständlich aber ging nach einigen Anläufen (Res. Nummer wurde nicht erkannt). Sehr saubere Zimmer und Badezimmer, liebevoll hergerichtet mit allem was man benötigt. Top ist der Kaffee to go mit Aussicht auf den Rhein, tolle Lounge mit frischen Früchten und Croissants zum Frühstück. Ich bin sehr überrascht, über die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung und kann es sehr empfehlen, wenn man auf Schnickschnack verzichten kann. 」

「The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)」

「Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Lage und Aussicht. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Zu Fuß in 5 min im Zentrum. Beim Check In wurde uns mitgeteilt das wir uns auf der Terasse einen Kaffee und Kuchen gönnen können . Klasse Start Zimmer sehr schön eingerichtet jedoch ohne Klimaanlage. Ansonsten ein tolles Hotel. Frühstück ist 👍 alles was man braucht. 」

「Ein perfekter Aufenthalt von Anfang bis Ende! Die Zimmer waren nicht nur sehr schön, sondern auch makellos sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Umgebung lädt zum Entspannen und Erkunden ein, mit vielen Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal – durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ich habe mich rundum willkommen gefühlt und komme sehr gerne wieder!」

「Staff very helpful. The refrigerator in my room wasn't working, the staff come and checked it in minutes, realized it can't be fixed, changed a good one for us right away.」
