Beautiful, accessible oceanfront property. Large heated pool with wide easy stairs making entry and exit safe and easy. Quiet section of the beach friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly. The ocean was right outside your door. The mattress was just okay and linens weren't the best but over all I would recommend this property if you are looking for an affordable stay in Old Orchard Beach.

Friendship Oceanfront Suites is a clean and comfortable property with a great beachfront location. The area is safe and walkable, with easy access to dining and shopping. Parking is convenient, and the atmosphere is quiet, making it a nice place to relax. The staff was welcoming, and the property is well maintained.

The Property is right off the Ocean! We could see and hear the ocean from our room and see the sunrise every morning. In the room, the bed was amazing and there was plenty of room to sit and relax. It was a little dated, but you can see that they had recently updated the bathroom, so I am sure it will only get better.

Great location! Easy access to beach, shopping area and dining. Very walkable! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. This was our second time staying here and would stay again. Very family friendly.

Our stay here was just what we needed. The location is perfect being right on the beach and a bit removed from the hub of the peer. It doesn’t have any frills or updates, and it was a little tight for our family of 4; but it also has everything you need!

Fine place on the beach. Suite style rooms with a porch are a great feature. Parking is quite tight, but it’s included so forgivable. No elevator to the second floor. Just note if you have a lot of stuff or are not partial to stairs. Overall, in my humble opinion, one of the better options in a sea of overpriced tourist stops.

Cute little beach town and a property delightfully "stuck" in the 19960-90s....before hotels became so "corporate." Not fancy, but nice people, decent and clean rooms, sleepable beds and an AMAZING beach with gorgeous sunrise (set your clock!!!) . There's a train track about 300 yards back, but few trains and what we heard was short fast and didn't shake the ground. Definitely good value for the money.

All of the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We were not a fan of the stairs since we are older folks. We are looking forward to staying there again next year.
