"Hearty, healthy breakfast choices which we loved. The staff were very attentive, super helpful. Room was clean. House keeping was very good. I had a torn suitcase which we realized late in the night. I took a chance to ask if they have a tape for the time being. They were very prompt and fixed the damage temporarily but in a very effective way. Which we did not expect. We were very satisfied. I got sick after returning from Amarnath trip. The way they have arranged for a dr. Consultation over the phone and arranging for meds is amazing. I did not have to leave the room to go get the meds. I would strongly recommend anyone who is thinking about staying in this hotel without any 2nd thoughts. If am visiting Delhi again, I would stay at IBIS. Thank you Ibis for your services!"

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. I loved the pool area, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and warm throughout my stay. The restaurants inside the hotel were excellent, with great food and service. The staff also recommended a personal driver for the day, and it was one of the best decisions we made. He was very friendly, professional, and took us around New Delhi, making our visit so much easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to stay in New Delhi. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back."
