"It was not a great. We booked a premium suite with dinner and transport. We ended up in a smelly room with a broken TV and broken toilet. We were overcharged on the dinner and were promised a refund which to date we have not received. The check out took about 40 mins because the front desk guy kept taking phone calls from other customers instead of finishing the check out.
