「Greatest hotel ever friendly staff 」

「We loved this hotel! The staff were helpful and the breakfast was great! I accidentally left some clothing pieces in the closet. I spoke with Vinny last night and he was very courteous and helpful in assisting me in making arrangements to get these items back.」

「Howard Johnson goes back a long time. Always like the old world charm of the 50’s and 60’s styling. Only one small quirk was my shower knob did not work and it was broken. Fortunately it was stuck on a reasonable temperature to shower and used it as that. Breakfast was quite meager, very small lounge and limited food choices. But I assume it’s because of the limited space that had there. Overall it was alright and would go there again since my beach location in Clearwater was all but overbooked....

「Totally convenient to downtown Dunedin (and even more to Dunedin Brewery). Easy drive to Honeymoon State Park and Tarpon Springs. Gotta be careful of pricing, as they are not economical for extended stays. Convenient onsite parking in garage under hotel. Would be a bit tight for F-150 pickup though.....」

However, around 1 AM, I found a cockroach in the kitchen eating my snacks, and then found more cockroaches near the bedroom door, in the bathroom, by the kitchen sink, and in the closet.
