「The smell from the refinery was in the room the whole time coming in through the wall unit. It was horrible. 」

「The pool was out of order. The room didn’t have garbage bags in the cans but rooms were clean, bed was comfy and staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and there was an assortment of food to choose from. 」

「The first room they gave us smelled of cigarette smoke. They gave us room with a queen bed instead of a king like we paid for. There was a paper sign on the pool door stating the pool was closed. The lights were on , the pool pump was running, we were able to open the door. The lady behind the desk did not know anything about the pool closure. I'm getting sick of motels not issuing partial refunds when they cannot deliver what they advertise. Breakfast was ok. 」

「Staff was hardworking, seemingly new, and overwhelmed slightly with grumpy customers over building related issues beyond their control.(the elevator was not functioning) Got to the room had a hard time setting up the television to work. It was set to HDMI 2 and rhe HDMI cable was running out of the television but seemingly didnt have anything to plug into.
