「Overall, great accommodation. Nice place to stay. However, unfortunately we came on a day they had a power issue. We checked in before 1700. After a long flight, with no power, we had no hot water to shower, no lights to see in the room, unable to watch tv, and unable to plug in our devices. The staff was apologetic. We were able to shower at their sister hotel at 2200 after inquiry. Power finally back on at 2300. We moved rooms the following day for our separate booking. Although the staff...

「Excellent location very close to the city as well as main attractions like Table Mountain and Kirstenbosch. Our host was extremely gracious and went out of his way to let us in after hours late at night after our flight was delayed and to answer our questions. The on site parking is very handy for our rental car and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. Would highly recommend this spot for 1-3 travelers looking to see the area! 」

「Room is pretty nice looking, but there are some flaws that are not really nice. First, the floor wasn't clean when we arrived. Next - the shelf/clothing rack had seen better days and half of the shelves are not secured to the frame (basically-broken) and will drop if you put something like a backpack on it. But the worst was the presence of cockroaches. Its not the animal we were looking for while visiting Cape Town.」
