「We had a wonderful stay! The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. We truly appreciated being allowed to check in early, as they kindly granted my request. Our family was so grateful for their consideration. We also appreciated the room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was beautiful and clean, the breakfast was delicious, and all the staff were kind and welcoming. The location was also very convenient and accessible. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and...

「It was a safe place to stay overall, but the bottom of the pool was dirty with bugs floating on the surface, dead bugs all over the bedroom ceilings. We stayed there 3 nights and 4 days for the hot air balloon festival. The first day we washed our bathing suits in the bathroom sink and the plug wouldn't come back up. I told the front staff and they said it'd be fixed the next day. I asked every single day we were there to get it fixed and kept getting the same answer. It was still like that when...

「Room smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. We found a wad of hair under the pillows on the top sheet. The microwave was dirty and had human hair in it. Freezer was full of frost and barely usable. Walls were paper thin (could clearly hear someone urinating in a bordering room). Best part was the breakfast voucher at the restaurant for a $16 breakfast item dish (3 choices but they were good). I don’t like being negative but I just can’t in good conscience give it a better than OK rating.」
