"First of all, I specifically booked this room at $280 per night because the Expedia listing advertised an off-leash dog area. The second photo especially made it appear as though there was a grassy area where dogs could safely roam, and the wording in the description strongly implied the same. That ended up being completely misleading. Another reason we booked was because the hotel stated the restaurant was open until 11 PM. However, when we arrived, they were only serving drinks and no food, which was extremely disappointing after a long day of traveling. The sheets and pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel — especially at this price point. For what they charge, the bedding quality felt cheap and uncomfortable, which was honestly insulting considering the nightly rate. To make matters worse, the fridge in the room did not work, so my medication that required refrigeration was not stored at a safe temperature overnight. Because there was no proper dog walking area as advertised, I had to walk my dog on the street, where he ended up getting bitten by another dog. That alone completely ruined the experience for me. Overall, this place felt like one big overpriced catfish. I also asked multiple times to speak with a manager and requested a callback, but nobody ever followed up with me. I would absolutely never stay at this hotel again."

"We loved that the room was clean and quiet. Our first try 304, the TV didn’t work. We moved to 306. The faucets are super wonky. You either get a blast of pressure or a dribble. There’s no in between. And the bathroom faucet is loose. Needs attention. Last night there was garbage in the elevator and it was still there this morning. Thank you for the nice strong coffee in the room."

"The room was clean and had no smell but they took money from us without notice. A few days after our stay we had an extra charge from the hotel with no explanation or warning. When we called and asked what it was, we were told we stole the room charging port. We explained that we did not take it and its possible our baby misplaced it in the room and asked them to double check. The receptionist continued to accuse it and made no effort to help. There was no effort made to double check the room or even check security camera to see if someone else had been in our room. We called 4-5 times with no help and unable to get to the manager. We also emailed 3-4 times and got 1 response saying they would check but they never followed up. We did not take anything that was not ours from the room and we would like to be refunded for that charge."

"Little noise outside due to construction during the day but pretty quiet that night. Staff member was very polite, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfy and had everything I needed for a good stay. Comfortable bed and a nice enough shower. I highly recommend a stay."

"Unfortunately we moved to this hotel for the pool and hot tub with the rest of the team starting there but the man and women in the hot tub were extremely intoxicated and making the kids feel uncomfortable so we had to leave. "

"Great hotel. The only issue we had is each day the hotel would add random charges to our credit card. Watch your credit card statement. The hotel said they were using a new credit card system."
