步行至美國村很近，約10分鐘。周邊機能很好，用餐相當方便。飯店屬於公寓式的套房，內有洗衣機烘衣機以及簡單的烹調設施，適合住多晚。住宿區可以停車，需另外付費。

房內備有洗衣機和乾衣機，很方便。另外，除了房內使用的毛巾外，還備有沙灘用的毛巾，很貼心的安排。雖然酒店沒有早餐供應，但大堂處設有咖啡機，如能同時供應紅茶，會更好。酒店提供付費的停車場，如能改為免費，相信能吸引更多自駕遊的遊客入住。

若停飯店1樓的停車場需要付費，於check in時服務人員會再確認是否何在飯店1樓的停車場。 飯店於走路約1分鐘的距離有一塊空地可以免費停車。 飯店房型有廚具設備，但沒有鍋碗，只能簡單煮水泡麵。 另外有洗衣機及烘衣機，洗衣劑於櫃檯有販賣。 由飯店走路到美國村約10分鐘，不算遠。

整體環境很乾淨 從電梯到走廊都有鋪墊子 房間裡就有洗衣烘衣機很方便 窗簾的隔光效果非常好 床很好睡不會太軟 廁所，洗臉，洗澡都是分開的所以很清爽 櫃檯人員很Nice，這次住了10晚 看到小朋友就會給棒棒糖跟小點心還有小牙刷 地點就在麥當勞後面 摩天輪過個馬路走一下就到了 要煮東西可以跟櫃檯租器具 一次$1000日幣 因為電磁爐是特殊規格會挑鍋 在超市買的新鍋子排不上用場

性价比超高，舒适干净
非常高性价比的民宿。房间很大，比起一般酒店来宽敞多了，浴室干湿分离，卫生间也是单独的。带小厨房，微波炉电磁炉冰箱水池一应俱全，可以自己简单做饭吃。而且冰箱是很好的大冰箱，不是酒店的小冰箱，超市采购冷冻品毫无压力。进门还有鞋柜，房间有阳台，基本就是个一居室住房。前台不是24小时的，太晚或者太早需要靠密码进出，前台小哥人很好很热情。房间设施很不错也很新，被褥很干净。WIFI很好速度非常快。所在区域跟美国村隔一条国道，非常近但是这边很安静。
