Such a disappointment for the price. Check-in was pleasant, lobby was ok but once you reached your floor (ours was 6th floor) the dirty hallway carpets were an indicator of what room was like. So disappointed with a deathly tired room. Furniture was old, bed was uncomfortable, hadnt been painted in who knows how long, window was obscure glass that you couldn't see through. Bathroom was in need of upgrade, faucet leaked, shower curtain barely covered the tub. Towels were thin. Didnt sleep a wink with sounds all night long coming from pipes or something in the walls. On the positive side, room was spacious for Japan standards. Location was excellent with close access to the monorail and right on Kokusai-dori shopping street. Staff friendly and helpful, even arranged for an early taxi pick up to the airport. In our opinion, very overpriced, not good value for money. Sorry, Sun Queen, it needed to be said. Time to upgrade if you want to charge this much :-(

Loved this place! Great hospitality with a little welcome gift upon arrival. Loved the Japanese style PJ's and slippers as well as the toiletries provided. Great hot water that was consistent and wi-fi super fast. Great location for checking out International Street.

The hotel was quite easy to locate. However there is limited car parking space and we had to park at a public carpark some distance away. The room is comfortable and clean though not roomy. The air conditioning leaked water onto our luggage over the night but the staff was apologetic and remedied the problem the next day.

가성비 갑 최고 생각보다 멀끔 번쩍함

사진과는 다르게 방이 굉장히 깨끗하고 좋았음. 애들끼리 걱정했었는데ㅠㅠ 화장실도 깨끗하고 물도 잘 나옴ㅠ.ㅠ 물론 프론트도 깨끗해서 처음 보고는 우리가 예약한 그곳이 맞나 싶었음 3명이어서 더블침대에 간이침대 추가했는데 그냥 침대 3개인 수준이어서 감동 먹음... 유이레일이랑 엄청 가까워서 좋았고 국제거리도 지도로 보면 꽤 먼 거 같은데 못 걸어 갈 정도는 아니었음.. 근데 류보백화점까지 가려면 좀 힘들긴 함 그냥 밥 먹고 구경가기에는 괜찮은 거리. 돈키호테랑도 가까움. 가성비 갑이고 다음에 오키나와 가면 또 들를 예정임ㅠㅅㅠ 모든 직원이 그런 건 아니지만 한국어 응대 가능한 직원 있었어서 너무 든든하고 안도했음... 다음에 갔을 때도 그분 있었으면 아 근데 창문이 다 안 열리는 단점이,, 어차피 에어컨 빵빵하니까 별로 단점은 안되지만.

コスパ良しなホテル

シンプルなリゾートホテルという感じ。国際通りの賑やかさからちょうどいい距離にあって、ビジネスでもバケーションでも使いやすいホテルです。唯一の難点はエレベーターが1台しかない事。朝はなかなか乗れませんでした。

車前に出ていた部分、当てられていました、お陰で旅の予定が狂い回れなかった。

駐車場が狭く、道路にはみ出してる 部屋が非常に狭い、トリプルですがベッドが、し隙間なしに3台、どこから乗るので、感じ、 聞いたらこの部屋が一番広いとのこと、あれはあんまりです、今まで無い部屋でした。

5 stars hotel for the price that I paid

We spent three nights. Reasonable price, great customer service, good breakfast, clean room, quiet lobby. Convenient location for shopping and dining. Definitely stay again.
