Hotel.com have to amend the information. It was mistaken with a SPA photo but indeed there is no SPA in this Route inn. Hotel is clean n silent but there are no restaurant nearby

コスパ良く済ませたいならとても良いホテル。が、部屋のトイレを使うとき、壁のタオル掛けに頭を強打した。あれは危ない。

清掃をお願いしていたのに使用済みのタオルを部屋の外に出していたら、それが清掃しなくてOKと判断されたらしくされていなかった。その日の朝にある程度整理整頓して部屋を出たのだが無駄だった。部屋を変えてもらう事で対応してもらったが、フロントと清掃員の連携が取れてないのはいかがなものか。 部屋は普通のビジネスホテル並。そこそこ狭い。

繁華街から徒歩で行くには少し離れた位置にあるが、ホテルの目の前にスーパーもあり、ホテルの設備も比較的良い。 またホテル専用の立体駐車場（空きがあれば宿泊者無料）がホテル真横にあり、車付きで那覇の中心地に泊まりたいのであれば、申し分ない場所だと思う。

禁煙の部屋が空いてなくて仕方なく喫煙の部屋を予約しましたが、チェックイン時にフロントで禁煙の部屋がないか聞いたところ、エアコンのルーバーがカタカタ音がする禁煙の部屋なら空いてるとの事で変更してもらいました。 入室時に少し気に障る音がエアコンから聞こえてましたが、エアコンのルーバーだけ止めたら音が鳴らなくなり、変更してもらい良かったです。

お世話になりました。

１２月３０日～１月５日まで滞在いたしましたが すごく　快適に過ごせました（＾＾） お値段も手ごろでしかも　朝食が付いて しかも、駐車場は無料で目の前にはスーパもあり スーパーは　深夜１時まで営業です。 周辺（１０分ぐらい）に居酒屋、ご飯屋さん、たくさんありました。 ホテルの方には急な対応にも　応じて頂いて感謝してをります。 また、食堂のおばさんの対応は素晴らしかったですね。 癒されました。 ホテルの立地は　最高でしたよ（＾＾）／ 沖縄は娘と孫がいるので　２か月に　１回の間隔で 行っておりますので沖縄滞在は　必ず　利用しようと思います。

深夜到着でも素早くチェックイン、立体駐車場もすぐに入れてくれて助かりました。 朝食については、団体客の朝食時間とぶつからない様にアドバイスしてくれました。 朝食ビュッフェは、ビジネスホテルとしてはかなり良い方だと思います。野菜チャンプルーがうまかった。
