「The shower floor was as slippery as a hockey rink, with no curb, so water got out on the tile which made that slippery too. I was supposed to get a 6:00 AM wakeup call...that never occurred.」

「When I was finally ready to take a shower after getting settled in the water was freezing cold. The head of the bed was closer to the floor than the foot of the bed. The air conditioner kept going off, and I had peeping construction workers through my back window! Definitely not my most comfortable hotel to stay in.」

「There were several young adult sports teams stating at this hotel. Although it’s great to see young people out enjoying themselves, the hotel was noisy until quite late. Easy parking and access to various Lansing locations.」

「We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay. Kitchen set up would have been better if it had utensils and cookware. Fridge worked so that was the plus for us. It was not clean. Hair...

「Room was clean. Pool was closed for maintenance. Air conditioner caused flooding in the room. Was reported twice to management. There were no other rooms available. Management assured I would receive a credit. As of this time, no reimbursement.」
