"Hot tubs luke warm, gym tiny and in an inconvenient location. Coffee maker old pathetic and should have been replaced years ago. Fridge could not freeze a freezie pack for a cooler. Shampoo and soaps no name cheap brands. Closet doors did not run properly on the tracks Window shutters were difficult to adjust especially over the patio door."

"The room and facility was spotlessly clean, which is always lovely. The staff I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. The physical plant needs an update. The Sandman Hotel is showing it's age with wear and tear visible throughout the facility."
