"My wife and I loved our time at this property. It has a very cute garden where we would sit and have tea. We also enjoyed the art display in the living room, which was all made by the host’s mother. The property is in an area away from the city where we could get a taste of everyday life in Japan, so we were delighted every time we walked to and from the train stations. Plus, our host was very helpful and attentive, she assisted us to get our luggage forwarded to our next hotel. We had an...

"The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The Royal Park Canvas - Osaka Kitahama

10/10 Excellent

"One of the cleanest and nicest hotels I been in Japan and it’s been my second time, the staff were really patient and helpful with my check in and when I was there, not to mention they had free skin care too? Also what I liked about the hotel was that they had events happening throughout the month and I was lucky enough to be in a week where there was loads of events happening! Highly recommended for anyone wishing to stay in Osaka. I shall be back!"
