"Some habib runs the place and they are very cheap. A/C wasn't on I had troubles getting it on and it was filthy were the air comes out. Fridge wasn't working had to throw some food away"

"Lacked organization, never received instructions to check in them sat on the phone for 15-20 minutes while they had to try to find the reservation which it sure felt like they were never going to. Lock box for key didn't work to return the key so had to run back up to the third floor just to put the key in the room since they had no other key drop off options. "Upon arriving, the front desk was wonderful. The staff was very kind and polite our whole stay. However, our room had a broken pullout, the issue was resolved but the bed was left unusable. The pillows were terrible and we had to ask for more. We were not given enough towels and the pool was poorly stocked. We felt like we over paid for the experience we had. "
