"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "Typical small Japanese business hotel. A small clean room, no dresser, AC worked but humidity was high, coin laundry available. Okay for a short stay. "

"スタッフさんの対応はとても良かったです。 写真の感じだとまあ古いんだろうな とは思っていましたが想像以上に汚くて びっくりしました笑 壁紙も汚く、エアコン、冷蔵庫もカビだらけ シャワーも弱く換気扇が切れないように なっているのでずっとうるさいです。 アメニティ、シャンプーは持ち込みおすすめします。 他のお部屋はわからないので一概には 言えませんが、スタッフさんの対応が 良いのでお部屋のクオリティさえ 良くなればリピートしたいです。 "

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"Old fashioned Japanese hotel, but clean environment. Free coffee on arrival and light breakfast was offered. Open air onsen was very nice Only issue was, there was no toilet inside the room which things a bit interesting at night when the human nature was calling. "We were unaware on our reservation through Hotels.com that our reservation included breakfast and dinner. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and dinner was basically the same every night - not what I am looking for in a vacation. Still the dinner is very good. Having said that, all the food is very Japanese, so not what all travelers can do. The hotel itself is gorgeous with amazing amenities.
