レストランのスタッフの方がとても感じがよく親切で、朝から気分よく一日をスタートさせることができました。水筒の氷をいただきたいと言ったら、翌日はスタッフさんから「今日はいかがしますか」と声をかけてくれました。

清潔感があまりない部屋

友人とシングルの部屋で別々に泊まりました。 私の部屋は、浴槽の排水口が掃除されていないようで、シャワーが流れず、フロントに言って掃除をしてもらいました。 友人の部屋は前の人のゴミがゴミ箱に入ったままでした。 2泊したけど、部屋の掃除に入るか確認されると思っていたので、確認なしで掃除入るホテルなんだと思いました。 フロントで最初の対応の時に、部屋の鍵を入り口の近くにさすと電気が付くシステムも教えて欲しかったです。

上層階は眺望もよかったです。朝食は可もなく不可もなくかな？徒歩圏内にレストランはないけど、コンビニがあるので、滞在するには困らない、お値段相応なホテルだと思います。

駐車場がホテルの正面に少しだけで、どこに停めればよいのかわからず、雨の中フロントまで聞きに行かなければならなかった。分かりやすく表示案内が欲しかった。朝食済み、私だけしか客がおらず、朝食会場から出ようとしたら、朝食サービススタッフでホールにいた人から、自分の食べ終わったトレーに載った食器を片付けるよう注意された。重いトレーをヨイショという感じで持ち上げたら、大丈夫ですかとスタッフが言ったので、関節の持病があり重いものを持つのは大変なんだと話したら、片付けてくれたが、他に誰も客がいないならば、客に片付けさせず、自分が片付けたら良いのではと思った。ファーストフード店でも、スタッフが清掃中、客がトレーを片付けようとしたら、大丈夫ですよと声をかける。パートスタッフだが、やはり基本的なサービスマインドは教育すべきだろうと思った。

設備は古いが清潔に保たれている。アメニティが充実していてとてもよかった（ボディスポンジ・綿棒・スリッパ２種類）。デスクの前に大きな鏡があったので、朝のメイク時に役立った。朝食も品数が多く、バリエーション豊かでとてもよかった。
