「The Bellevue property was very nice. We stayed at 10 Bellevue manor on the 2nd floor. I didn't notice any elevators in case someone needs one. We had a king size bed and the room had a sofa, chair and a good size bathroom and roomy shower. All was very clean. There's a cute front porch on the property, where you can just sit and relax. It's walking distance to many shops. For check-in I was concerned that we would be too late checking in, as we went to the dueling piano show in town. I...

Our stay was during some of the coldest weather Newport has seen in years and the room was still nice and warm. The property has a ton of historic charm and still provides a very comfortable stay. 「The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.」
