「很不像日本旅館，一些清潔的細節做得不好」

「入住是上下格床房，應該是最小的面積，各樣設備齊全，入住地面層，附近是平民區，沒有太多噪音，沒有車位，距離時租車位三幾分鐘步行算方便。」

「櫃台服務人員英語溝通能力很棒，能迅速回答並解決我所提出的問題。房間舒適整潔，空間配置適當，可打開兩個26吋行李箱。可惜房內沒有USB充電設備，還好出國都會自備，不影響住宿體驗。」

「It is 1 hour train ride from Tokyo station, other than that it is great place for affordable price, we stayed as family, kitchen laundry and other amenities were excellent, very clean, walkable to train station」

「The hotel is self service type, don’t expect service of normal hotel. Still I met a staff during check and she is nice and helpful. The room has a double bed, which is a bit small (kind of standard in Japan). But it provides sofa bed for 3 more guests. So it is good for family of 4-5. The room is pretty new. It has a washer machine without dryer feature. The heater in the shower can dry the clothes. The location of the hotel is good; around 10 min walk from Isetan department store. There’s a bit...

「Great location and not too far from the main hub. 10 min walk to shinjuku station or 1 min walk to okubo if you are in a hurry. Local restaurants and convenience stores within feet of the location. Love the washer and dryer in the unit that is included with the stay. No complaints at all. First floor unit was a bonus for us with 4 luggage. A bit small compared to other places we’ve stayed but it was expected. Overall a great place. Zero complaints.」

「入住第二日發現房間冷氣機有異常，不停發生聲響。即時與職員溝通，職員不停叫我們打開窗及風扇就涼快。但我們三番四次表示不是溫度問題，而是聲音嘈吵。提出可否換房間遭到拒絕。幾晚都不太熟睡，太大聲音，所有人都感到非常困擾及失望。 另外，介意房間窗外對住墓地、石碑的人要慎重考慮。」

「Everything was so neat , clean easy to open doors and locks, with a nice neighborhood and a park close by. Stove , washer, fridge I went with my son and daughter !! June 2026 Thanks !! Recommend this place」
