"The room smelled like mildew and there was mold in the window seal."

"No telephone in rooms. I stayed Sat-Monday and didn’t receive any room service. I had to request fresh towels. TV remote didn’t work. The lamps didn’t work. Staff almost left my room door open because she thought we were checking out. She saw me and didn’t ask. I had to ask her why she was leaving my door open. 😡"

"This is not a Radisson property. When the uber driver dropped us off she said be safe, this is not a safe area. We walked in and saw the absolute horrible conditions of the room and left. It smells like mold, the carpet and walls are all beat up. The drain was pulled out. Just nasty."
