I had a long travel across the United States to California. The night I stayed there which was the 10th I checked in at that night. The guy next-door sounded like he was murdering his wife. I called the front desk. The guy said what the xxxx you want me to do about it. You said you’re the property manager here, Please take care of it because what do you want me to call the cops. He said (the property manager) I’m not gonna call the cops. So I reluctantly made the phone call that he wouldn’t. I did his job that he wouldn’t do. That’s just the first thing the next day I came there I found a rat poop on the bed and floor. I wasn’t gonna say anything till I traveled back home which I’m at the airport now so I thought I would shoot this to you and I will be calling you this week after I return home and grab a couple days of restful peace. I have pictures and the police report. I was without vehicle so I could not travel to a different hotel hotel to take the remainder of the stay somewhere else! Nor did I have the funds to do so. I’m retired on a limited income. So I was stuck there!! I called your office today made a formal complaint. I’ve tried to send this thing about four times using the language that the manager used on property and it would not let me submit it so I had to redo the whole thing without using his language. So thankful I didn’t have my family with me that I traveled solo. How embarrassing would that have been?

We had just emptied our storage unit into a moving truck and needed to stay somewhere for the night before having to drive 14hrs, chose this room from the description and pictures, plus the price was good and it was along our route. ROOM WAS DIRTY AND NOWHERE NEAR SOUNDPROOF!!!!! DIRTY BATH TOWELS!!! There was 1 bath towel outh of 4 and the hand towels and washcloths were visibly clean all the others not so much, bathtub had some kind of patch on it, sink had very noticeable repair, roaches. I took a video but I can't upload it to show that it was a baby Roach very alive! And from what the little hangy thing on the door said it had just been sprayed from pest control. The floors when you walked the pieces were popping up and down there was so much wrong with our room it was also very small for two queen beds

The property was in poor condition with paint missing on some wall, the some of the light switches didn't work. Bathroom wall had plaster falling off.

I’m active duty military and was traveling with my pregnant wife, daughter, two dogs, and a 20-ft U-Haul while moving for orders. Before booking, I specifically called and asked if they had parking that could accommodate the truck. They said yes, which is the only reason I made the reservation, no need to cancel ahead of reservation right? When I arrived, there was barely enough parking for normal cars, let alone a moving truck. When I explained the situation, the staff told me to park my U-Haul outside on the street next to a freeway on-ramp and claimed “truck drivers do it all the time.” Yet didn’t see a single truck there or anywhere near, and leaving a moving truck full of my family’s belongings, our entire life, on the side of the road is obviously unreasonable. Not to mention outside their property lines. Because of this I couldn’t stay, yet the hotel refused to issue a refund. I tried resolving it with the hotel, Expedia, and even my bank, and the business avoided every attempt from everyone to fix the issue. The reservation was only for one night, didn’t seem unreasonable to issue the refund, it’s not like they were counting on that one night of income. I guess greed overcomes yet again. Between the misleading information about parking, rude customer service, and refusal to take responsibility, I STRONGLY recommend staying somewhere else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Bed was like an air mattress, dust all over the room. You could see light from underneath the room door to the outside. Not a good experience. I was in the room for less than an hr before I reserved another hotel.

The hotel is very much a "you pay for what you get " location. Do not expect anything more than a bed and a shower when staying here. The location was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. However, the property has not been maintained well. For example, the bathroom sink had clearly been damaged and was repaired with epoxy. There was plenty of rust on metal surfaces and unpainted spackle where damage had occurred. Lastly, the hot water ran out during my morning shower on my first morning there. The second day the hot water was fine as I took a shower early in the morning.

Everything about our experience here was great. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet. The bathroom was small, but nice. The tv was not a smart tv, but other than that, everything was great!
