「We usually stay once a month for 3-4 nights. I absolutely loved our room on the 10th floor this time. The shower pressure was so high and nice. The room was very clean. My complaint was our neighbors were soooo noisy and we could hear all their conversations and visitors through the connecting door. Also the beds in this room were not the normal soft ones. The pillows were thin and hard also.」

「Have to remember that this is a cabin, nothing, too fancy, is a great place to stay if you’re going to Worlds of Fun. Staff was helpful and friendly. I feel it is a little pricey for what you get.」

「The heated pool didn’t work, the room had a strange order, the BBQ outdoor area was full of people smoking marijuana and playing loud music the whole weekend」

「The first room was not clean. The second room didn't have hot water, remote to the TV and the microwave did not work. I reserved a non-smoking room but since it was filthy they put me in a smoking room」

「Very clean and comfortable to stay and the service is also very good. Very blown away by their staff.」

「The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good (variety of options); the waffles were a highlight for my fam. Our room was rather clean, and the bathroom was amply spacious. The pool was a bonus!」

「Our host was personable and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was a treat.」

「It looked pretty new and the room was big and clean. There were always snacks in the lobby area which was nice. There was a small box of Christopher Elbow chocolate in the room as a welcoming gift and we enjoyed it. 」

「Nice location but other things pretty disappointing, Our room, the bed was located right by the door. Noise was right there so it felt like I was laying out in the hallway. There was a wedding and reception which was going to be noisy (understandable) but 11 pm kids running up and down the hallway screaming and slamming doors. I called the place from my cell phone and asked if that was part of the experience I was supposed to have. No apology from him. I did not call angry, I was very polite....

「We had a wonderful time celebrating our 22 year anniversary. The place was in a great location. We were able to walk downtown and explore.」
