「We arrived and went right to the balcony and enjoyed the ocean and pool view, wonderful, woke up and the pool was draining and within a few hours they were jackhammering the pool inside. We were there for only one more night so I was unable to use the pool or the balcony due to the noise. It was a beautiful warm sunny day and no pool. Very disappointed. 「I love staying here, however I have two issues:
1 - I don't like being forced to listen to a sales pitch for a timeshare, just to get my room keys.
2 - I don't like your 10AM checkout time. I feel like 11 is pretty standard, and most places will even extend that if you call early enough.」

「The Islander Inn is one of my favorite places to stay on the Carolina coast. The staff are professional and yet, down-to-earth. The room was very clean, updated, and bright. Excellent place to stay with family or solo!」
