The Burgundy is a quaint hotel in a very good area. It is walking distance to the beach and to the boardwalk. The staff were very accessible and the pool and its' bar was a nice surprise.

I do not think I have ever had better service in my life. The staff, especially Bill are outstanding and made us feel so welcome and taken care of. We had a great experience and will be back. Very walkable to the music festival which is why we were there. It’s an older motel but charming in so many ways.

My sister and I loved our stay at the Burgundy Inn. Bill was delightful checking us in and seeing him throughout our stay made us feel like beyond welcome. Our room was perfect.. clean, air conditioned and quaint. Spending our weekend at the Country Calling Festival we did not use the beautiful pool. Every morning had the pleasure of having coffee poolside and chatting with George our barista and aficionado on any subject. We had a perfect weekend!

The hotel was everything we needed. Budget friendly with a friendly accommodating staff. It was an older hotel but the location was very convenient to the boardwalk.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No one told us that our room was across the street, so that would have been helpful. A staff member walked into our room after we checked in, not realizing that we were there, which was uncomfortable. The AC was loud as well and we turned it off in the middle of the night. The room was clean though and had what we needed for our stay for one night. It was walkable to the boardwalk and that was our main goal!

I liked the proximity to the beach and the lower than other options for cost. I didn't like not having soap and shampoo in the bathroom or coffee supplies to make coffee. I liked the cleanliness and the very friendly staff and the free coffee and donuts.

The room was updated and perfect for the few nights we stayed. This is one of the only motels that has been updated, but still has the OC motel feel. Staff were extremely nice. Choosing to stay downtown OC it is loud outside and if you have people above you you will hear them walking around. Pool was a place to cool off. Very close to boardwalk.

Clean,comfortable bed an to top if off, they offered donuts to the guest every morning, which is not stated on their website. It’s just something they do out of the kindness of their heart then we was at the pool and one of the associates from the hotel. We’re giving out Freezy pops to everyone.

Our stay at the burgundy inn was wonderful. The staff was amazing. I was greeted by Regina at the front desk who was so friendly and sweet, we shared some laughs as I checked inn and she reassured me if there was anything that we needed during our our stay to come back down and the office was open until 11 or midnight. That evening I went down for an extra blanket and I was greeted by Bill R, who was the sweetest and went above and beyond to accommodate me and seemed happy as could be to do so. The staff was amazing, the room was cleanly and there was free donuts at the pool in the morning. We will definitely be coming back to stay at the burgundy inn. Also right next to the inn was an amazing restaurant that stays open till 4am and they have really great food.
