「The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. 「The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back...
