「This condo was amazing!! I especially loved that the bus stop was right across the street and there was a small cafe for coffee! The staff was amazing and went above to help with anything we needed. We stayed with our 2 girls and the 2 bedroom was perfect for our family! Grocery store was a few bus stops away so we could stock up for the week we stayed in DC. I recommend this property 100%. 」

「Kasa Del Ray was a perfect selection! They were very accommodating and prompt. The location was close to so much plus a cool restaurant right next door. The parking was great! Just an overall enjoyable stay. I plan to stay there again when I visit the DMV.」

「The beds were extremely comfortable. The facilities were beyond our expectations! I was concerned about the parking at first since it’s run through Park mobile and not the hotel but there were plenty of spaces and it wa easy to arrange for parking. Every time I reached out for assistance or with questions I got thorough answers quickly. Amazing find near DC. I will never stay in DC again. This will be our new go to place to stay.」

「Loved the security of my stay. Key required to enter property as well as the room. Added safety & extra protection. Very important for an older customer. The only drawback was I wasnt aware that although there were only 2 levels, there was no elevator and I walk with a cane. Next time I'll make certain to book on the first floor. I would definitely stay there again.」

Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...

「We loved this rental! The host called us on our way to confirm and we had great communication during our entire stay. Keys were easy to find, paid parking pass was worth it (though there was plenty of street parking), convenient store in the basement, and very hot water which I LOVED!
