「Loading zone was used up by an employee. Had to pay $7 in a parking ramp just to access property to drop of luggage. Then at check in I was suspicious room was even cleaned. Cleaner was finishing vacuuming. I was TOLD the room was cleaned. LIE! Dried urine on floor by master bedroom. Even after they cleaned it had lingering smell, that they knew about. Dirt all over the floors, finger prints every where. Kitchen not wiped down. They came back and did clean some while I was there. Did find a hair...

「Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice.」

「The suites are decent in size. The TVs are old and the size of a large tablet. Hair on the bathroom floor was a recurring issue, even though we stayed in different rooms on different dates. Parking is convenient and easy, with two parking options. The breakfast was basic and not particularly appealing, but I didn’t mind missing it. The only meat option was pork, which is a bit outdated. There were no waffles, and the eggs were unappetizing. There was no cheese either.」
