"This is a lovely small hotel and restaurant run by a lovely couple. The setting is like something out of a story book. From our room we could hear the soothing sound of the fountain and the church bells ringing from the nearby bell tower. The bed was comfy. There is a nice breakfast in the morning for hotel guests. Horgen is a quaint and quiet little town. You can easily purchase tickets to Horgen from the airport and train station. So getting there is no problem. We took the ferry boat back...

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."

It’s close to walking trails and grocery stores. Very walkable distance to bus and train, especially the bus comes every 10mins very convenient. Samira was very understanding to allow us to stay a little longer to ensure we had time to prepare to fly home."
