Hotel air-conditioning was too hot. Requested once with reception/lady and she did nothing, offered me a fan. I declined. I opened my balcony door which i could not step outside so in fact i did not get balcony with my booking.If i opened my balcony door, so much noise from trains. Requested 2nd time to reception to make my room cooler. There was a young man at reception and he made it cooler and helped, after that was ok. Rooms are like a bubble very small, double bed had 2 single mattress side by side, not double. I think Expedia should look into this and question why. It was uncomfortable sleep as i kept sliding to the middle part and landed in the part of 2 single mattress. Location was a blessing and was good, next to train. Supermarket was close otherwise nothing to eat. I do not think i will return to this hotel. Young man at reception was very nice. If this message can be sent to him would be greatly appreciated. I checked in on 9th Oct, Room 302 and he helped me making my room cooler otherwise i could not sleep. I was feeling dizzy as there was no air. I told him if i do not sleep i will get real sick. Sometimes people at reception can either make or break your stay. Lady who checked me in was not very nice. Please let hotel know so they correct their service.
