You have lost my business and if you do not refund my money I will tell everyone not to trust your bookings. That was total humiliation arriving and not having a place for my husband to stay with me. "The staff is friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was phenomenal. It's in a perfect location for tourists. If I ever go back to Oaxaca I will almost certainly stay here again. Oh and the hotel itself is beautiful."

"Got the cheap room in back no view but nice pool and breakfast included. Not a lot of affordable options for dinner mostly private resorts between hotel and beach but we could sneak through. "

"Overall stay was amazing, BUT the water in our room didn’t get hot it stayed at lukewarm. The weather was already super hot and high humidity so if cold water doesn’t bother then good okay! A/C was amazing for this stay :)!"
