「A cozy apartment located in the city centre. Shopping, dining, commuting, all within short walking distance. Friendly staff, in particular David who helped us fixed the electric power supply after having tripped off twice. Very pleasant stay. 」

「Accommodation are comfortable and clean, there are many restaurants nearby. Staff are nice and helpful. Lots of noise in the street on Friday and holiday nights.」

「Large and roomy apartment and well stocked and clean. Minor downside being that the mezzanine bedroom ceiling was very low and would need guests to crouch when entering or leaving this room. 」

「Only two negatives : Needs black out blinds woke early as too bright. Beds arnt the comfiest , I sleep on a flat bed settee so the crease was in my bad and so uncomfortable and flat/hard & pillows were useless, not comfy On the plus : Clean , modern , bathroom nice and warm (radiator constantly on in there ) . Nice neutral decor . Well equipped kitchen , clean fluffy towels , hairdryer/iron/fan . Host was attentive ,very helpful told us to call if any problems , answered phone every time....

「Property having work done to it at front. Never got a wifi code. So was on mobile data. Grips over. Communication great so friendly my booked room had been trashed but she moved my room around so i had a lovely room. All done before i got there. Very friendly and helpful. Sure if i asked would have got wifi code. Would use her again and recommend her to friends」

「Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. Messaged and called to try and arrange a late check out but no answer or reply via the message facility on here. Panel missing from...

「The property was perfect for what we needed. Close to things we wanted to see and do, quiet and comfortable. However, the check in instructions were really unclear and I was scrabbling to send ID and payment details whilst travelling up to the property as this had not be requested and it wasn't until I called to ask for check in details that I was told this was needed. This should be made much clearer.」

「The place itself is nice. Internally…… its right above a very noise pub doing karaoke till gone 11. The flat is not sound proof at all. We booked this last minute on a Friday for the Saturday night. At 2pm on the Saturday afternoon i picked up an email saying we need a £150 deposit now and 2 photo forms of ID. 1 for each adult. This is noted in the advert but for them to take that long is unacceptable. If my wife didnt have her ID in her emails from our house purchase we wouldn’t have been...

「Just 5 mins walk from T2 of Manchester Airport. My kid was with us. For some reason there was no more room for 3 of us. The staff was able to make an arrangement to offer us 2 double bedrooms instead. I appreciated that flexibility. The hotel is like new and everything is clean and comfortable. Although the room is not big, I am very happy. I like the breakfast too. The croissants and brie chess are great. 」
