DO NOT STAY HERE…. Dirty, broken windows, missing light bulbs in lamps, broken mirror, shower didn’t work. The whole place is just unkept and super sketchy. A prostitute was in lobby when I was arriving. Elevator looks as thought it will break any second. Pictures on site are completely not what it looks like. Bad part of the area and homeless by the hotel. Pay more and stay another place.
Just one picture of stains all over carpet. They were everywhere.

The supposed renovations no bueno. There was something wrong with the first 2 rooms. We accepted the 3rd because of no smell. The elevators inspection needs to be updated.

I came to check in, a dude at the reception was talking to his friend on the phone in the office, waited for him for 20 minutes, he started to register me and it turned out that I needed a deposit of $50 and payment only from a physical card, I had access only to Apple Pay, they don't accept it like that, while I was figuring out how to pay the deposit at the reception a lady came and started smoking right there 😂 in general, a very suspicious place and area

It's a very good deal, overall. I had the unfortunate experience of a guy trying to strong-arm his way into the place as I came back from the store. There was a lot of ranting and raving, and capitulation. The place is kind of nice though, really. I woke up to like 6 herons just kind of hanging out outside my window. Very cool stuff! It could use a solid cop or two, but the employees do their best. I think it has a pool, but I never got the chance to check it out. The location is excellent.

The staff was very l nice but this hotel is very run down. The doors are dented & scratched up. The walls and surfaces were all caulked over terribly . There were bugs in my room. The tv didn’t work… just all around unpleasant for me

As a group of 4 women and a baby it did not feel safe at all to stay here. Too many people lingering outside of the hotel, people sleeping in their cars (inside the parking lot), it smelled like weed in the hallways, the elevator was dirty, and the room just felt so dirty and looked dirty too. Please don’t waste your money here!

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke, and felt off from the very beginning. Online the place looked very promising and though the lobby looked out dated I had held out hopes for the rest of the amenities. Getting in the elevator you are immediately greeted with the smell of marijuana and once you're dropped off on your floor you're met with hallway bathrooms, beat up walls and doors, and once again the incredibly overpowering smell of smoke. In our room the bathroom counters had not been cleaned, there were dirty towels on our floors and spots on our blankets. Confident that there was no way our sheets could be clean or that i could continue to stay for the night i attempted to call down to the front desk to see what could be done only to find out that the phone actually had no cords at all. They were able to refund me for the two other nights i was not going to stay but would not compensate for the night i checked in for, though I was in the building less than 20 minutes.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and were the best part of my stay. But the hotel itself is different than the photos. It’s dirty, the hallway and some rooms smelled like urine, and there were run down or broken items throughout the hotel.

The room was okay, but nothing like the way it is pictured. The staff was courteous and helpful. Location is very close to the amtrak station and walking distance to the waterfront. The property itself was very run down and our room was in a very bad shape with spots on the ceiling plus the TV didnt work. The windows didn't open and there was no AC in room but a fan was provided. I personally wouldn't stay here again and will look elsewhere.

Old hotel pool doesn't work breakfast is coffee, orange juice, corn flakes cereal, milk, wheat and white bread, for toaster butter, jam, and yogurt. After finishing your still hungry.

The condition of the room was very disappointing and unacceptable. We specifically booked a non-smoking room, but it clearly smelled like cigarette smoke. There was even a plastic bag covering the smoke detector and a cigarette butt left on the carpet, which was both concerning and unsanitary. The room did not feel properly cleaned, and to make matters worse, the latch was broken, which made us feel unsafe. On top of that, there is a train nearby that runs frequently, and the noise is loud and constant, making it difficult to rest. This level of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall environment is far below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.
