"The room was clean. Housekeeping service was great. I went to front desk when next room was smoking Marijuana and it made my room smell of Marijuana. I did not want extra charge for smell. Front desk stated I would not be charged. I was stuck with the smell in my room."

"The property is simultaneously really nice and terrible. I was surprised to get housekeeping every day and they come at any hour. No do not disturb signs so you will get a visit. My room was quiet and had a nice view of the water and of course the price was right. It’s right on the bay trail so lots of good walking , but it seems like everyone staying there is living there and have made themselves quite comfortable.trash all around , dogs tied up outside and people hanging out at all hours. I didn’t feel unsafe but it’s definitely sketchy with a respectful tent person nearly right outside my door and plenty of broken into cars in the lot and on the street. Their security person isn’t working too hard. I’ll probably stay here again, but might try the Executive Inn next door for an elevated but probably still cheap stay. "

"Toilet didn't flush well. No full-length mirror in room. Coffee maker leaky and old....upgrade needed. Refrigerator needs freeze unit. Nice view, comfortable bed, nice walking area."

"Cuándo ingresé al lobby, estaba algo sucio. El restaurante que se muestra en las fotos está cerrado y no es igual la piscina está cerrada Para en la mañana me prestaba a bañar, no había agua en el hotel, ni para lavarse la cara ni para cagar menos para bañar cuando llamé a Fontes, me dijeron de qué tenía en las tuberías en reparación, pero en ningún momento hicieron notificación alguna de qué de qué hora a qué hora van a hacer la reparación para uno tomar, precaución y bañarse y hacer el resto de cosas que se usa con agua el todo que yo le dije, voy a bañar con aire además, quise hacer la llamada al lobby del teléfono que se encuentra en la habitación. Y resulta que era de juguete porque no funcionaba cuando encendí la televisión. Resulta que no tenían cable peor antena, entonces me tocó ver la pantalla negra además cuando uno toma el elevador suena como que está en una guerra mundial la verdad está pésimo el lugar"

"The staff here are wonderful, Check-in agent named Sunil is always so very nice to me, tries to give me my favorite room, Check-out agent named Celia is a sweet person and her husband always helps me with my luggage because he knows i'm disabled. As a traveling musician, this is the only place that I stay in the bay area."

"Breakfasts was puny . Not a good selection. The room i got smelled very strong like pinesoll. I couldn't sleep very well because the elevator was right by my room. And also my television was broken and i couldn't even watch a movie. Towels were another concern. When I asked for clean towels the staff wouldn't bring me towels. They told me I had to go to the 4th floor and get them myself. I highly recommend you rethink this place as a first choice. I do want to give the lady at the front desk a shoutout. She was very kind "
