The Claremont felt like an educational experience with the history of the resort. I loved the property, the nature, the architecture. My only knock: the carpets need a steam cleaning, but California is dusty in general, so it’s not a bug knock. 10/10 will stay again!

Pool is cute and sauna is nice, although you have to schedule a time to use the sauna, so plan ahead. Also, it’s not so easy to find so also plan in some extra time to wander around and find sauna before scheduled time. Hotel Riu Plaza Fisherman's Wharf
Hotel was clean and nice. Excellent breakfast selection, considering it was complementary, it was amazing. Particularly loved being a few minutes walk from Fisherman’s Wharf. I would recommend this hotel any day.
