「Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. I will return. 」

「I chose the Darwin for its location, but I will return for the quality of experience that I had. Cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Relatively new or at least very recently redone building that is tasteful and has excellent sound insulation.」

「We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. The room was very clean and I never felt like my daughters couldn’t walk around the room freely. I do however wish that the room had a functional fridge and a...

「The hotel is well kept and fairly nice. However the lobby is turned into a club on weekend nights. Which is fun but kind of loud for a hotel lobby you kind of expect to be able to communicate somewhat easily with the receptionist.」

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」

「Great older hotel that was a beautiful building. Everything was great including very friendly staff. Breakfast was run by two really nice ladies. The only thing that was forgotten was no one offered me a bottle of water and snack like I usually get at Hampton Inns. 」
