「House keeping didn’t clean the room and I have to ask for cleaning at the reception. Housekeeper didn’t check the already emptied body wash level and change the box tissue which has already used up. Never vacuum the washroom. Only provide one set of towel knowing 3 of us were staying on one room.」

「We loved our stay Country Comfort Perth. It was really close to the airport and the free 4am shuttle was perfect. The onsite restaurant meant a great breakfast and dinner and the prices were very reasonable. Onsite parking was great and it wasn’t noisy at all even though it was on a main highway. Staff were really friendly as well. The glass sliding door between the toilet/shower was a bit strange but nothing to deduct points for. Would definitely stay again.」

「This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life! I have never encountered such a terrible hotel, or perhaps I shouldn't even call it a hotel; it's more like a room in a bar. First of all, there are no hotel staff here. There is no one working at the reception room. If you need anything, you have to go to the bar to find the waiters for assistance. 「洒店有機器自助辦理入住及退房，並設有地下及一樓的房間，當日被安排住在一樓的78號房，房間都闊落，但熱水供應就有問題，浴室設有冷熱水制，當調校好溫度一段時間，就變成冷水，且不會回復正常溫度，要將冷水制關掉，開大熱水才有熱水供應，所以又要調校適合自己的溫度。因此，需要重覆以上步驟，沖涼的時間亦加長了。酒店設有餐廳，如要出水食麥當勞，就要步行十五至二十分鐘。」

「Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler 」

「The host is extremely nice and even allowed us to use the washing machine in his house when we checked in on Christmas day. The beds are comfortable with a single bed for our girl. The continental breakfast was generous with cereals, bread, juice and milk. Very nice for such room rate including parking and breakfast. 」
