「The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was your usual waffles, cereal, yogurt fruit options. Would stay again if I was passing through, but probably not for a longer stay.」

From the very sweet lady at the front desk when we checked in (gave us some cupcakes), the lady and gentlemen that cleaned up my mess when I spilled a cup of coffee and the maintenance man that brought us a luggage rack and got our room changed when the air conditioner wouldn't work. All were super!」

However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」

「Pool was shut down until further notice. My jet stopped working multiple times to my room. First time they realized the battery in key fob was dead. We were locked out for an hour and 20 minutes. They knew we were locked out and never alerted us when they fixed it while sitting right in front of them. Business center was a joke. Computer is locked with guest password but no staff member knew the password. Finally got the computer open and the printer didn’t work. Stayed 5 nights no housekeeping...
