「Julie, your front desk person was fantastic, helpful, patient, kind and I could go on. She was a lifesaver. The day before our stay (6 of us- in 6 different rooms), I learned our reservations (made through a third party) had been cancelled. I did not cancel them and the still showed as reserved and paid for on the third parties website. I contacted this hotel directly and right from the start, Julie was such a great help. 「Older building that has had renovation updates. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good parking, breakfast was pretty basic, good value for cost.」

「The staff was super friendly and helpful. It appears to be an older property so the rooms didn’t smell very fresh. We had a room in which the faucet in the bathroom was about to come off the wall and our phone didn’t work for me to call the front desk. We had one. Ight where the wifi wouldn’t connect with our room credentials so just a few things made it difficult. Also walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors on every side of you. 」

「Unorganized. I booked the trip for my husband's work travel. He had his receipt for his stay, but still was questioned about his name, and someone came into his room at midnight the first night, but said it was an accident. When he went to checkout the staff were unable to print him a receipt of his stay This was his second time staying here but the first time he had so much trouble during his stay. Please do better!」

「The breakfast was delicious! Overall, my stay was very pleasant! The only thing I would have liked to be different is the indoor pool hours open 24 hours like the gym and coffee (not just decaf) available at all times. I would definitely stay here again and will absolutely recommend this place to others!」

「Room was dirty, hotel is in need of a deep cleaning, was pet friendly but my cat and dog were terrified all night, there were smells from other animals and a dog that was left alone kept barking every time someone walked passed its room」

「The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!」
