「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient. I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply. Another lady in the morning, that I asked when returned...

「Friendly staff; front desk could be more warm/ greet more often. Lifeguards were friendly. Building a little worn down- needs update. Great amenities. Needs more signage in areas, pointing to gym, pool- need more than 1 exit/entry through RFID. Water filling station would be more convenient since a lot of places to hike in the area. Overall, we had a great stay- Thunder Bay is filled with great restaurants and cafes run by friendly, happy people.」

「Front desk is liar when I checked in asking me about my credit card telling that it will not be charge unless there is damages, refuse to give receipt but they charged me $100 extra from my reservation (front desk at 4pm on July 10, 2026). Don't trust front desk at all. Room smells terrible, tv does not work properly, door locks not closing properly, too dusty around the table and carpet is dirty, microwave not working. Strongly not recommending to stay in this hotel.」
