「The 24 Hour Clinic right next door is a HUGE benefit. One of our travelers suffered from altitude sickness and had to be admitted. I tear up recalling how helpful the Staff at the hotel was. They helped me get my family and our suit cases into our room while I focused on our ailing travel companion. I never felt like part of the family at a hotel, but this place showed me what it's like. I cannot be more grateful than to have been led this way by other reviews. I have family in Cusco now. 」

「The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings.
