「The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. 「The hotel is like a small one but very warm. I arrived at 2030 at night and they were already closing the restaurant. When they knew I haven't have dinner yet, they (only the owner and a staff) insisted to make a dinner for me freshly. Although it took them quite a while, their passion and heart to service the guest were really great. I was travelling alone and they stayed until like 10 to make my dinner and waited until I finish before they go.」

「If U like to experience Safari, Palmstone Retreat is the place. The hotel has been open for only 3 months when we were there. The hotel is very beautiful. U can look out into the woods and stream first thing when U wake up in your bed. Rooms are huge. The manager, Cavindi, is by far the most friendly one I have met. The only thing that need to improve is the road that lead from the main road to the hotel. It is very narrow, dark at night, bumpy and steep. It took us 40 mins one single trip...

「酒店门前的确在修路，从市区10公里过来的路要开半小时。估计还要修个把月。酒店不大，一共能接待10几个住客，但是该有的都有了。餐饮不是其他大酒店的自助，反倒可以支持随点随做，甚至早餐。使得更有一种家的感觉。泳池的确没有加热，比较冷。我很喜欢花园草坪。可以在黄昏时爬上后面的茶山看日落。风景如画。几个小问题，酒店没有外币兑换，不能安排什么DAY TOUR，晚餐价格比起当地水平贵了一些。是值得推荐的酒店。」

「This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!」
