「The bungalow which we stayed for our holiday is only six rooms. The butler and the staff provide excellent services which many luxury hotels can not do. Staying in this property, your butler has already arranged everything and you do not think about anything about your stay. What you need to do is to tell your butler what you want and he will serve you or give advice to you. Highly recommend to anyone who will visit the same place. The experience is worth your payment.」

「一下車就被飯店正門吸引，很有英國殖民風格的飯店。與歷史淵源結合，真的是來此地最好的選擇。房間有暖爐，讓一下從30度平地來到此地的我們不至於因12度的夜晚而感冒。房間裝潢典雅，浴缸的配置也讓我們能夠讓我們在熱水中舒緩幾日以來在古蹟行走的辛勞。位置絕佳，致central market或是Post office 只需步行幾分鐘。英式花園小而美，一片陸地搭配主建築物讓我們好像似過去貴族。飯店附設的Grand india餐廳是我們在斯國吃到最好吃的餐，在hotels.com訂房還能享有15%的優惠，真的是很物超所值!」

「酒店门前的确在修路，从市区10公里过来的路要开半小时。估计还要修个把月。酒店不大，一共能接待10几个住客，但是该有的都有了。餐饮不是其他大酒店的自助，反倒可以支持随点随做，甚至早餐。使得更有一种家的感觉。泳池的确没有加热，比较冷。我很喜欢花园草坪。可以在黄昏时爬上后面的茶山看日落。风景如画。几个小问题，酒店没有外币兑换，不能安排什么DAY TOUR，晚餐价格比起当地水平贵了一些。是值得推荐的酒店。」

「This hotel was just average. The grounds and gardens around the hotel were beautiful and well maintained, but they can do a better job with the interior. The sheets had tears in them and the towels looked very worn. We were also informed that the wifi would not be working during our stay. All the rooms are located in one building, the walls are very thin so you can hear other guests talking and doors closing. Staff was wonderful!」

「Hugely overpriced. I’m not saying that it is not a comfortable stay, but I would rate it a 5 star out of 10. Firstly, staff are not really helpful/ welcoming, the welcome drink was nice, but the waiter who served it didn’t give a single smile the whole time. We asked for two separate beds when we booked online but were given one king bed, luckily they double checked and changed the room for us. However, our luggage didn’t come for 20mins( thought they forget about this’ll lie so I called the...
