The staff member at check in was friendly. The room was as described. It was clean and a reasonable size for a family of 4 but the drink fridge did not keep the drinks cool. There was always just enough space in the Hotel parking lot. It was an easy drive into town, and had food choices nearby.

Eventhough the property needs a renewal, the room was clean and tidy. There are no other ameneties near by so take that into account when you book for a long stay. Staff is helpful and nice. It would be nice to change the buffet a little during the week.

Clean and very comforable rooms and in general. Breakfast and other meals are a but expensive, but the staff in the bar and restaurant are really friendly and great.

A bit disappointed

Too many kids left on the corridor playing until 9pm... after a 8h road trip i would have appreciated to rest... room at the end of the corridor surrounded by family rooms, view on 2 trashes... always had nice time till now with Novotel.

One night in Nürnberg

Fine hotel for a overnight sleep, the reception was very helpful, I can recommend a short drive to Nürnberg city, eat street food, enjoy the old town atmosphere, unfortunately we had to pay 11 euros for parking, even though the parking lot was full when we came back from the visit in the old town, we had to park outside the parking lots🤔 The pool is small, good for small children. Internet Wi-Fi was very good.

Serviceminded staff. You have to pay for parking and there were only 2 towels (I booked a room for 4 people). Handsoap and shower soap was empty (handsoap also empty in the hotell public toilet by the reception/pool)

The receptionist didn’t try very gard to find our reservation by our name and when I foundation our confirmation e-Mail he turned and foundation it on Top in a stack of printed papers just next to him. Check in took a lot longer than necessary. Room was small but sufficient Only buffet available on this day.

Very fast and nice check in. We arrived 20:45. According the website should the restaurant close 22:30. We asked 20:45 but they said that it was closed. At the room we found trash on the table and the sheets in the sofa was totally dirty. Overall was the staff not service minded.

One of the beds, a really old one, literally collapsed /fell apart during the night. One of the blankets we got had a large disgusting black spot on it - presumably blood.

Always a decent stay.

I have stayed in this hotel many times when I am in Nuremberg. I’ve always liked this hotel. I was very disappointed that they charge me parking. That should’ve been disclosed when I booked with Hotels.com. Altogether we had seven rooms in our party and I hate when hotel nickels and dimes me. The staff works extremely hard. The waiters and bartenders were literally running to get orders out on Sunday. They should’ve had more help. It’s certainly not their fault, they were doing the best they could. Staffing is very important.

No charging option

This Hotel does not have an electric charging option for cars, which they claim to have on hotels.com. Their charger is "not working" and the staff told me that this have been the case for quiet some time.
