The staff was terrible when we got in the room was the furthest from the elevator and we asked to change rooms and they said no and their were plenty of rooms that they could have changed, because you could see all the rooms that hadn't checked in yet. the place needs a serious update it smells. There was mold in the bathroom that was painted over.

We were terrified

Someone broke into our room around 09:30 pm, and according to the receptionist they misschecked in us and then the room was appeared as empty and a keycard miss placed so to another guest.

Not a good stay.

The hotel is pretty old and not kept up. The carpets were very dirty and had sticky stuff on it. The blow dryer was broken and so was the water kettle. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. They really need to upgrade that entire hotel. Breakfast was also very expensive. The ladies at the desk were nice and that was the only highlight.

Das Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück war gut, für jeden was dabei. Man war in 10min fußläufig in der Innenstadt. Es ist ein älteres Hotel, aber sehr sauber. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Schöne große Zimmer, kleiner Minibar-Kühlschrank für eigene Sachen nutzbar, freundliches Personal, Metro und Straßenbahn in der Nähe Einziger Kritikpunk: auf dem Frühstücksbuffet sollte auch mal das MHD von Frischkäse, Senf, Becel usw. kontrolliert werden. Zum Teil deutlich überschritten
